This policy explains what personal data quintetworks.com collects, why, and how long it is kept. It covers this website only. Data processed inside a client engagement is governed by the contract for that engagement.
Who is responsible
Quintet Works is the data controller for this website. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights described below, write to info@quintetworks.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, company, subject and message, and records that you accepted this policy along with the date and the language you used. Nothing else on the site asks for personal data, and there is no analytics or advertising tracking.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry. That is a legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f), and consent under KVKK Article 5 where the checkbox on the form applies. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing, and we do not sell or share them.
Who else processes it
- Cloudflare — hosting, and the Turnstile check that keeps automated submissions off the form.
- Resend — delivery of the notification email that reaches our inbox.
Both act as processors on our instructions. No other third party receives data from this site.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are kept while the enquiry is open and for up to twenty-four months afterwards, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to our processing it, or complain to your national supervisory authority. Write to info@quintetworks.com and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update this page. Nothing here creates rights beyond those the applicable law already gives you.
